Food & Beverage Cancelation Policy: Restaurant reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made within 24 hours—or failure to arrive—will incur a $50.00 per person cancellation fee..

The Candelilla Café is open to the public until 5:00 pm daily. After 5:00 pm, The Candelilla Café is open to members or registered guests of Lajitas Golf Resort and the Maverick Ranch RV Park only due to high occupancy and limited seating.

Thirsty Goat
Perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the beauty of the Big Bend
The Thirsty Goat is the resort’s designated watering hole, named for Lajitas’ duly elected mayor, Clay Henry, who is also a goat! Clay Henry was famous for his thirst for Lone Star Beer. The Thirsty Goat is the perfect spot to relax with friends and family. With its Old West charm leather sofas & chairs it’s the perfect place to sit back and relax after a day of golfing, hiking, or sight seeing!
The Thirsty Goat Saloon is open to the public until 5:00 pm daily. After 5:00 pm, The Thirsty Goat is open to members or registered guests of Lajitas Golf Resort and the Maverick Ranch RV Park only due to high occupancy and limited seating.
The inside of Thirsty Goat is 21+ ONLY, outdoor seating is available for 21 & under.

Whether it is gourmet coffee and a pastry for breakfast on the run, a sandwich or salad for lunch, house made sourdough pizza, or a scoop of your favorite flavor of ice cream in the evening — the Boardwalk Bakery and Pizzeria has you covered.
