    Candelilla Café Hours of Operation 7 am – 10 pm Daily

    The Candelilla Café and Thirsty Goat Saloon are open to the public until 3:00 pm daily ( extended to 5:00 pm on Monday ). From 5:00 pm to 10 pm Sunday – Saturday, The Candelilla Café and Thirsty Goat Saloon are open to members or registered guests of Lajitas Golf Resort and the Maverick Ranch RV Park only due to high occupancy and limited seating.

    Please make dinner reservations for the Candelilla Café by calling 432-424-5032. Seating per table is currently limited to parties of 10 or less.

    Note: our menus change frequently based on season and availability. Our menus are reflective of the current season, with an emphasis on using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

    The Thirsty Goat Saloon is the resort's designated watering hole, named for Lajitas’ duly elected mayor, Clay Henry, who is also a goat! Clay Henry was famous for his thirst for Lone Star Beer. The Thirsty Goat is the perfect spot to relax with friends and family. With its Old West charm leather sofas & chairs it’s the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the food while listening to great live music!
