RV Park Pricing & Policies

The Maverick Ranch RV Park is tucked away among the beauty of Big Bend National Park, Big Bend State Park and the Lajitas Mesa, along the Rio Grande River. In order to preserve the beauty of our desert oasis, we strictly enforce the following policies at Maverick Ranch RV Park:

Basic Pricing and Hours of Operation:

RV and Camp sites are available to guests on a first come, first served basis.

A daily fee of $35.00-39.00 includes two (2) adults. Should you have more guests in your party, you will be charged an additional $2.00 per person, per day.

Quiet Time at Maverick Ranch RV Park is between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

The Community Center is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Pet Information:

We are a dog friendly Park; however, all dogs must be kept on a leash.

Please walk your pets in designated areas ONLY, and pick-up after them.

Pets are NOT permitted in the club house or pool area.

Swimming Pool:

There is NO lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool. Swim at your own risk.

Glass containers of any kind are NOT permitted in the pool area.

Cooking in the pool area is permitted ONLY with management consent.

RV Park Grounds:

Clothes lines are NOT permitted on Park or Resort grounds.

Campfires are permitted in designated areas ONLY with management consent.

NO washing of vehicles or mechanical maintenance work without management consent.

Motor vehicles, motorcycles, ATV's, and golf carts may only be operated by a licensed driver; solely in designated areas.

Please deposit trash in dumpsters, and do not leave garbage on-site.

ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL FROM THE PARK.

PRICING

The Maverick Ranch RV Park has all 30 and 50 amp hook-ups. Following is the pricing for your visit to the Maverick Ranch, within reach of the Big Bend National and State Parks:

Daily Rates:

$35.00-$39.00 per night for two (2) guests. $2.00 for each additional guest, per night.

Weekly Rates:

$220.00-$249.00 weekly, reserved and paid in advance.

Monthly Rates:

$633.00-$660.00 monthly, reserved and paid in advance.

In the event of an early departure from the Maverick Ranch RV Park, refunds will not be given to those with a weekly or monthly reservation.
