Half-Day River Trips

Join us for an exciting three-mile rafting adventure down the Rio Grande through the mountainous country of the Big Bend. Guests interested in a short interpretative tour of the Rio Grande will find this 2 ½ hour river trip ideal for groups of all sizes and families with children. The trip departs from the in front of Red Rock Outfitters at 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and includes a snack, guides, river equipment, waterproof bags and a shuttle to and from the Lajitas Resort.
(Two person minimum – Schedules may vary)

One-Day Canyon River Trips

Travel by raft or canoe down one of three canyons floating down the Rio Grande River. This incredibly popular trip provides guests a glimpse of the incredible landscape along the Rio Grande with the Big Bend as its extraordinary backdrop. Depending upon water levels, guests will float down the River through the Colorado, Santa Elena or Temple Canyon. This trip departs at approximately 7:30 a.m. and returns around 5:30 p.m. daily. Lunch, guides, river equipment, waterproof bags and a shuttle to and from the Lajitas Resort is included.

Three (Five or Seven) Day Canyon River Trips

Experience the wonder of the Rio Grande as our guides take you on a 3 day, 2 night journey to the best Big Bend has to offer. You'll hear stories of ancient peoples, learn more than you thought possible about the diverse plant and animal life and see some of the most beautiful wilderness in the world as we serve you gourmet meals. The only thing better than spending three days on the last frontier in the United States, is spending 5 days or 7-10 days
