Executive Board Room
Our state-of-the-art Board Room makes an ideal setting for intimate gatherings up to 16 colleagues. The ultimate in luxury with high back adjustable leather armchairs, built-in exquisite large wooden table, build-in bar area, flat screen TV, and automated retractable 10 x 10 screen and wireless internet. Perfect for board meetings and smaller functions.
Flat Rock Theater
Imagine walking into your own private theatre with the original chairs from the 1930's glory days of cinema! The Flat Rock Theatre is the perfect presentation venue complete with a built-in stage, movie screen, control booth, and lobby with a full concession stand. The Theater seats up to 60 and is perfect for business presentations, demonstrations or a private group movie night.
Lajitas Amphitheatre
The Lajitas Amphitheater is a stunning open-air performance hall that is a perfect venue for performances, concerts, presentations, and ceremonies. A beautifully landscaped arena with sloping hills of green grass, and a 60 foot presentation stage donned with twinkle lights and full stage lighting and sound.
Pavilion Ballroom and Terrace
The Pavilion Ballroom offers 3600 square feet of unobstructed indoor space with high ceilings, natural lighting, indoor fireplace, adjustable lighting, chandeliers and openable service window for break time. Designed for groups up to 200 people and has an accompanying terrace suitable for your attendees to meet before, during or after your event.
Specialty Outdoor Venues
With spectacular views of the Big Bend, an outdoor setting at Lajitas is perfect for weddings, corporate receptions or other once in a lifetime events. Lajitas offers over 15,000 square feet of unique open air venues including Star Gazer Mesa, Skeet Shoot picnic patio, Lajitas Airport Hanger, Ocotillo Lakefront Terrace, Candelilla Terrace, The Lajitas Chapel or The Hunt club.
Maverick Ranch Conference Center
Maverick Ranch has two connected meeting rooms, a parlor, and an outdoor pool terrace and wedding garden. The Conference Center offers 4,800 square feet of event space, and many beautiful common areas.
